Cancellation and refunds
Each listing uses one of three policies. Check-in is treated as 14:00 Nairobi time on the arrival date.
Flexible
Full refund up to 24 hours before check-in. After that, 50% of the stay (excluding service fee) until check-in.
Moderate
Full refund up to 5 days before check-in. After that, 50% of the stay (excluding service fee) until check-in.
Strict
Full refund up to 14 days before check-in, 50% (excluding service fee) up to 7 days before. No refund within 7 days.
Deposits
Refundable deposits are held separately and returned after check-out, subject to the house rules.
Unpaid holds
If you don't complete payment within 15 minutes, or a payment fails, the dates are released and nothing is charged.
